Smart Lighting & Dynamic Shading

EmbedX lighting and shading hold a target light level and switch off rooms that are empty or already bright. Sensors decide. Fixtures and shades follow.

System

What it includes

Each zone reads light and presence locally, then sets the fixture or the shade. The floor keeps that behavior if the network link drops.

How it works

  • Ambient-light sensors dim or raise LED output to a target lux.
  • Occupancy zones switch transient spaces off when they are empty.
  • Motorized shades follow solar position to limit heat gain and glare.
  • Schedules can still force a level for cleaning, events, or after hours.

Where it fits

  • Open offices and meeting rooms with changing daylight.
  • Corridors, washrooms, and storerooms with short occupancy.
  • Facades with a high solar load.
  • Floors that should share a schedule with the energy system.

What ships with it

Daylight sensor

Continuous lux reading so fixtures harvest daylight instead of holding a fixed output.

Occupancy sensor

Presence zones for rooms and circulation that should go dark when nobody is there.

Lighting control

Dim and switch commands to the LED fixtures for that zone.

Shade control

Motorized fenestration driven from solar position, glare, and the indoor light target.
